What does pet waste removal include?

Pet waste removal (also called dog poop pickup or a pooper scooper service) means we walk your whole yard, scoop and bag all the dog waste, and latch the gate when we leave. You'll get a text when we're done.

Do I need to be home?

No. Just make sure we can get through the gate. We'll close and latch it when we leave.

What if my dog is in the yard?

Friendly dogs are welcome to keep us company. If your dog prefers space, please bring them inside on your service day.

What do you do with the waste?

We double-bag it and leave it in your trash bin, or haul it away if you'd prefer.

Do you clean your tools between yards?

Yes. We disinfect our tools and boots after every yard to help stop germs and parasites from spreading between homes.

What about rain?

We scoop in light rain. If it's too wet to get a good cleanup, we'll come the next dry day.

How do I pay?

We bill monthly by card. There are no contracts, so you can pause or cancel anytime.
